Well first off Raptinator has a built motor and a huge shot of nitrous and a 8K redline.

Second, yeah for the price the Trinity Shelbys right off the lot you could build a Coyote that would do 9s easy and then get a NYC priced callgirl to ride shotgun with you for a month.

Sounds like you're all frustrated with what you got. Coming on a Shelby page to bash Shelby's? You got problems. I don't care what you have, it's still not a Shelby. Go whine on a different page.

I love what I have and would not trade it for a Shelby GT 350. I don't think anyone was bashing Shelby's just those RIDICULOUS overpriced GT 350's in the link. I personally like the GT 500 a lot and I think it's a thrill to drive and challenging.

17 posts, haha. Bullitt, A coyote will outrun a Shelby for the price difference. It will leave it in the dust. You pay mostly for the NAME when you buy a Shelby.

Sorry people. No one cares about your coyote engine. This thread can go on for years. You don't see any Shelby owners bashing any GT/Coyote owners because we really don't care.

OK...........and what has the depreciation been like if you paid anything near the list price on the ones in this thread? Discounting new cars $20,000 + nearly two years later has to hurt those who bought these and now have a few miles on them.

Why so many unsold 2014 Shelby's?

There is no way the list on THOSE GT 350's was 90k I know people who paid less than 70k that for their 14 GT500's

Coyote Based, and that's laughable at best. Barely any parts from the coyote are left in it.

The 2013 and 2014 GT 350 were only done in very limited numbers I believe it was 350. And how it worked was the customer or Ford dealer could purchase a Mustang GT and send it to Shelby and for $27,000.00 over the price of the car Shelby customized them into the 350.

OK................but what is in these cars in the OP that would make the MSRP nearly $100,000?

I think that is a fantastic rate of horsepower for a 2009 Mustang any way you look at it.
813 at the wheels, All I can say is """WOW"""
It is probably totally streetable and gets 25 MPG too.
I'm getting a tuner.

If its a 2009 Shelby with a blower swap its possible but right on the edge of the rods. Most of the ppl I've seen with the swapped 5.4s are in the 600-750 range depending on how much of a fuel/tire budget they have lol.

Actually with a 3.7 you can expect your number to be a little lower. Probably 775ish and 34 mpg. Not bad for $400.

How about if I throw on a couple of STP stickers and a fake hood scoop?
