I am not rich but I can go buy one or two or three if I want. And I never said I wouldn't buy a sports car for more than $45k

Than why don't you get rid of your mustang if there are a number of better choices? I don't understand your logic.

Ok will do. I don't live in Florida but I do live in the northeast where they don't sell as many higher end mustangs

Don't need to explain myself to you,,, I love my Stang and il keep it. I like many cars just cause I'm in a mustang forum doesn't mean I can't like other makes. I don't c why I need to pay 60-80 for a mustang when I can get it for way less second hand.

Example if I want a car that's $160k I won't pay for it at that price. Il wait for it to depreciate and buy it for less. If U don't understand the logic now then you never will

I understand what you are saying but how did that work out with the latest generation ford GT? They are going for double the original MSRP of the 2005 model. It doesn't depreciate. The gt 350 is being produced at a limited number. It's not a run of the mill mustang GT

The nimber in my head is $45k in 10 15 years yes they are gonna cost more. So the number That I would be willing to pay would be higher. Just like anything else. Would I be willing to pay $13 for a pizza pie yes. 15 years ago no.

Send it to VMP. You have their Kit; might as well let them build it.

I got my GT350 at MSRP. Call me lucky or whatever but as someone already asked, tell me what car on the road will perform with it for the money. The answer is simply nothing.

There have been plenty sold for the real MSRP. Speaking of MSRP's, I like how this dealership is calling the MSRP $78k.

Its a little podunk dealership that will probably only get allotted one, so they're going to try to rape someone.

My local dealership offered me a 2016 GT350 for $15k markup at launch / order date months ago. (when the leaked prices went out) They were allotted 2 or 3 for 2016 already. They've come down in their markup... and they'll continue to come down. I'll buy one when they're there's NO bs markup. I can wait a year. Impatience = higher price.

Picked up my 2016 GT 350 in Jan. Love the cars track performance, actually like it better than my 2007 GT500(750hp), both cars have totally different characteristics, flat pane crankshaft is insane on the RPM's, opens up even more beyond 6000rpm, see you guys at the racetracks!!

A lot of dealers are in no hurry to sell the GT 350 in the showroom. It's a draw it sells other cars. If someone wants it bad enough they'll pay the extra money. If you want one at MSRP order one and wait for it or wait until they want to get rid of it. There are people out there with money who will pay it because they want to be the first on the block with one. There is not sense in getting upset about it.

I've been watching them on ebay, at dealerships, etc.

The ones moving fast are selling at MSRP or a little above. Once you hit $63k, which is about +$5k above MSRP, they just sit on the lot. Or don't sell on ebay.

It's funny b/c I see a lot of private buyers trying to sell their zero or low miles cars for a premium or even trying to sell their untitled reserved car that's coming in for a premium and NOONE is biting.

The cost of ownership and depreciation is going to kill them really soon as before you know it the 2017's are going to be coming out, and you'll be able to get those with track package and navigation. Which if you're spending $57k for a car, why not get everything!

I never understood why you couldn't add the $800 nav system to the track package cars. Or at least add the rear spoiler to a Tech package car.

There's a C7Z at my chevy dealer been there for a little over 4 months, 99 grand. It'll never sell.
Funny thing is the Camaro SS 1LE beats the GT350 and the Z51.

Adventure till you drop.
