Smaller pulley/tune

Any thoughts on the reliability of a smaller pulley and tune? I'm looking into getting this.

It is the thing to do. Just make sure you go to a good programmer like VMP

What's the end goal for the car ?
If a pulley & tune are it, several tuner houses offer " canned tunes " to suit your needs.

I just want a fast and safe car. 60-80 more hp safely and I'll be good. I'm considering a tvs as well, but I think I'll be satisfied with a pulley and tune.

Next question... Why are most packages offering new spark plugs? I thought the stock plugs were good for at least 15 psi. And even then...the packages are offering spark plugs with similar temp rating as stock. I get that the copper plugs run cooler even at the the same temp rating, but changing spark plugs every 3-5k miles would be pretty pretty annoying. Thoughts?

I think I've settled on a JLT, pulley and tune through Raven racing which is tuned by Lund. I just don't understand the spark plug stuff.
