Re: thinking of upgrading my roush engine.

You don't need to swap engines, you just need to add the supercharger and intercooler to build a 2003 stage 3 engine. The Stage 3 engine is an internally stock 2 valve 4.6...

Re: thinking of upgrading my roush engine.

Stage Three in 03 had close to 400 hp, it should go faster than 125..

If you swapped in a Shelby engine, it would require all the peripheral electronic components and probably a drive train upgrade......

You will need engine, trans, rear end, mounts, wiring harness, computer, etc. For a 05+ motor you will need to retrofit gas pedal assembly, gauge cluster, etc. So no... Can't just throw an engine in

Sure it would fit if you have the money to have your entire front end modified. Instead just get one designed for a 99-04 your life will be easier

I wouldn't buy these conversions kits my recruiter did it to his new edge and nothin fit right. The grill wouldn't fit in the hole properly. The rearend looks lop sided. Just not the best thing to buy imo. But goodluck
