If I remember right its a basic GT motor with a supercharger correct? If this is the case (4.6L 2v) then your internals will hold up to around 425-450rwhp for a reliable daily driver (manual trans numbers). That should be around 12psi or so I would think (inter-cooled of course).
Is the stock boost around 5-6psi? Is it an Eaton M112 or what, if its an M90 it wont be as efficient if you put more boost, neither with the M112 though (16psi is the most I would do on an M112 though)
regardless you should be able to get some good gains by upping the boost, assume each psi increase is gonna net you about 10rwhp-12rwhp~
As far as when/if your MAF, Injectors, fuel pump etc will hold not sure, no idea but they may be ok for a bit of an upgrade.
