Am having some rattling issues on the right front end of my car when I hit any slight bump or crack in the road. Kind of annoying. It's a 2001 Roush Stage 3, and idea what it could be? I have taken the wheel off and checked... I'm wondering how much the Roush suspension will cost to fix if that's the issue... Kind of sounds like two small pieces of metal clicking together...

Adjustable strut mounts (camber plates) sometimes clank...

I apologize for sounding dumb, but I'm not familiar with the roush suspension, I just got this car.

In saying that is the sound normal, or fixable, expensive... ?

I have a 2014 I recently purchased. It is making a clanking sound on certain bumps (not all) and only on the right side. Someone told me that was normal...not sure about it though.

Might be your flux capacitor. Probably not though. The mustang is considered a "budget" sports car so if you cant find scything actually wrong there probably isn't. A lot of new cars with cheapo interior parts rattle. If you both just got the cars from dealers Id make them or multiple dealers check.

It's not the interior... It's coming from the front wheel and does not sound normal at all...

It's an 01, not exactly new...

I was referring more to him. And have you checked the bearings or ball joints?

Check ur strut mounts and make sure everything is tight. Not sure which kind Roush uses, but they can rattle at times.
Troy
If its clunking, then, yea, check tie rod ends and ball joints.
