RS3 Price

I am looking into buying a rs3 and would like to know what a good purchase price would be. The dealer is asking 53k, how much can you get them to budge off of this price? I want to be able to pick this car up for the lowest montly payments possible but don't have much of an idea of what those payments would be. Thanks for any help you can give me.

It depends on what the MSRP sticker is on the car. A RS3 is usually stickered above $60,000 (if it has a few of the Roush options). Maybe the dealer has already discounted it.
Good luck with your search

Interested in this, too. Looking at a RS3 with a $60,600 tag and the car itself is just over $40,000. It'd be nice to know how much mark up there is in the Roush part of the price tag for them to come off of. I figure a normal GT premium at around $40k should be able to be had for around $35k OTD, from what deals I see people have been getting lately. That just leaves how much of the $20k in Roush options they can eat without losing money.

17k on top of sticker for the stage 3 package. then options can add up. 7k off won't happen here. You may get close with rebates.

I saw the Roush invoice and the dealer doesn't make jack on the Roush mark up.

They let demo cars go for 48 around me. I bet the 53 is after all rebates. That's not a bad deal. I would shoot fur close to that otd.

Good info, thanks man. If their isn't much markup in the roush package for them to knock off I'm thinking it's out of my budget lol. Online it's marked down to around $56k and when I was there they had a flyer hanging in the window that said $52-something.

Just do your research first...insuring a Roush properly may be difficult or impossible.

Exactly...so if you file a claim the insurance company may only repair or replace your car to GT status...nothing for the Roush package.

You have to add an extra policy. Any insurance policy can do it. It's like adding extra insurance for home valuables etc. paid about 30 more for mine a month.

Sold mine a few months back. Long story. But yeah most won't fix with rough parts unless you let them know and pay more

Good luck...hopefully you won't have any claims...if you do you could be out some $$$.

I ran into issues with my Roush getting the correct insurance...Geico, Allstate, State Farm, USAA, etc all told me they would only insure the car by VIN and would not offer any extra coverage for the Roush package...one of the reasons I traded the Roush and got the Shelby.

So many things matter dude, location of the car; how many miles, and problems with it, new or used, how long it has been sitting on the lot.

Best just to your own research in your area with a 500 mile radius and pin some down and just keep a eye on rs3s for a few months and check off your best options.
