)^ Mustang GT with Roushcharger stumbles after startup

First off, thanks for membership to the group. If I have posted this thread in the wrong place, please accept my apologies and I will move it to the correct place.

I've got an issue with my 06 GT. I installed a Roush supercharger kit 8 years ago and its been great.

Problem is that when hot, and only when hot, and only during startup, the engine will stumble, misfire and sometimes even die (right after startup). I will start the car and it will do its initial rev-up right after ignition, then in about 2 seconds, it will stumble and fumble for about 5 seconds, during this the rpms drop to almost nothing and it seems like its only hitting on 3 cylinder, then it will catch itself and straighten out. Sometimes there's a little rough idling for up to a minute after then all is well.

On one occation, it kicked a check engine light. I checked the codes: P0171, P0174.

I have cleaned the MAF and TB with the MAF spray cleaner. That used to seem to stop the malfunction for a week or two. Now it is continual, but only when the engine is hot.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Update.
I have changed the MAF, Changed the fuel pump, and took the car to a shop with a live scan diagnostic. His diagnosis was to clean fuel injectors which I did. I had them professionally cleaned.
Only change is that the code is now just P0171 and not P0171 and P0174. Same stumbling.
I called the tech and asked him what else it could be and all he could think was that the tune on the PCU (which was flashed by Roush) might have a glitch.
I called Roush and they said they almost never have re reflash a PCU.
I have a printout of the data for the code P0171 and a printout for the live data from the technician.
Any ideas?

Update:
Finally got it fixed. I hope this info helps someone else with a similar challenge. None of the components themselves were bad, but the location of the Maf sensor was. I took the car to Ford and the tech verified all components good, but relocated the Maf sensor back to the stock air box position from the cold air tube position that Roush designed it to go. This brought the fuel trims back down and the hot start stumble is gone. Been good for 2 weeks so far and looks good.
The cold air tube position of the Maf where Roush designed it to go has the maf on the bottom of the tube and right after a ribbed rubber connector from the air box possibly causing turbulence in that spot, at least that's what we are thinking, but relocating the Maf back into the air box worked.
