Is it an aluminator? Any work done to it? Phase upgrades? Need more details, not all stage 3's are equipped the same. What seats? Suede inserts, boost gauge etc. 4 piston brakes, 6?
Why are you selling? You are most likely bets off trading it to a major Roush dealer...they gave me 47k on trade of a 13 I had about 1 year ago, it had 9k miles. It's real hard to say what it's worth or what you will get....Without knowing anything in detail I'd guess yours is worth 43k range give or take a few grand
