2004 Roush Stage 3 Value?

I am new to the forum and am trying to get some advice for a business associate that just acquired a 2004 Roush Stage 3 Convertible. The vehicle has been in storage for many years and has less than 6,000 original miles on it. The window stickers are still on the vehicle and i have confirmed that is it a legit Stage 3 vehicle. He wants to sell it as he acquired it as part of a loan repayment and he is not into cars at all.
He would like to know if it is better to sell the car "as-is" i.e. without any restoration, still with dirt on it (like a barn find) or should he invest $$ into it to replace the original tires that have dry rot, surface rusted engine parts, etc. He also is not sure what is a fair price and would love some input on that as well. It stickered for over $62,000. It does run, is like new and would be an unbelievable find for a collector or enthusiast.

Thanks for your help on this as I am not versed well enough to provide him an answer.

He could probably get low to mid possibly high 20s for it. Only issue is you can get a lot more car for that price. So his best chance is to find a collector.
I'd recommend he get tires at least and do a service on it. Gas is probably bad.
