Very nice, i haven't really done suspension yet, I have built engine along with my driveline(Exedy mach 600 clutch kit with Exedy flywheel, one piece aluminum driveshaft, eaton differential, 3.73 ford gears) just axles and transmission left and then more suspension work like lower control arms and ajustable 3rd link for starters

I'm debating doing the driveshaft. I'd like to get rid of some of the clunkiness in the driveline I.ve heard good & bad. How do like yours?

I think it was well worth the money but I got the best you can get I have a shop in southern California that does my mechanic work and they sell parts and their driveshafts are the best you can get, I checked brenspeed, lethal performance, steeda, American muscle, stage 3 motorsports and cj pony parts and they have great driveshafts but I wanted the one my shops sells and they use the parts they sell and have had them on 1,000+ rwhp cars and never broke a drive shaft so I went with that one for the same price! So yes very worth the money!!!!!!!

BMR lower control arms and adjustable 3rd link would be a good start, that's what I'm gonna do when I have the time and money

Re: 3.4" pulley!

I wouldnt go as far as to build the bottom end, thats costly.

Might end up being cheaper to sell your car and pick up something else that is already built like a GT500 if you really want the extra power without a huge investment~ just a thought. I think 450rwhp on the stock motor is fine with a good tune and thats about all you need for a daily driver.

I wanna build a car not buy on that's built. As to the others they all have unique saleen cars and I would never sell it for a gt 500

Re: 3.4" pulley!

The only point I was trying to make was for the huge investment that would be required, and the headaches (not to mention what if they screw up the build and you are out an engine... as that does happen and the shop just says "sorry") you could simply drop a blower upgrade on a GT500, push 700-800rwhp and not have to touch the motor~

but thats only something to worry about if you want more hp/tq than would be useful on a street car anyway lol

It will cost me less to forge and stroke my motor then it would be to buy a new blower for the gt500......

But, you wouldn't be anywhere near the 700-800hp the gt500 will make.

Re: 3.4" pulley!

It would probably run a good bit to build the bottom end of the motor, parts alone will be costly then you have to pay someone labor to install so it can get VERY costly VERY fast.

Parts are gonna be around 2000 and I can't do all the labor and my buddy has a machine shop so its more practical for me to do it that way

And when you think about it 450hp at the wheels is a lot for a daily street car!

Re: 3.4" pulley!

Agreed, 450 whp is plenty of power for the street. You will notice a huge difference in your Saleen with the 3.4 over your 3.87 pulley.
