I'd like to call this color "The A Team" package. It reminds me of that show from the 80's. Lookin' sweet though & I hope you possibly get to drive it.

Re: dads business neighbor owns a boss...

I want a Boss but am sure it will be hard to get one.The LS and Boss 302 have a few drawbacks: gaudy paint schemes, no Blue tooth, no automatic tranny, limited radio and tech options and for a daily driver, these matter. Add to those drawbacks the rare factor and mark up it may be more tempting to go with the GT and dress it out for daily commuting. Performance enhancers and a carbon fiber D Shaft couuld make it a bit faster at the drag strip.
Porsche made a fortune selling 911 owners the hot stuff from their Turbo models & RSR. Ford could do th same with LS and Boss components that can be hd easily from the Ford parts bin. There is money and customer enthusiasm to be had. I would love to have some of the engine and handling refinements on a GT.

I would be disappointed in ford if they made the ls and boss an automatic. Those are not daily drivers anyways. I'm sorry but it is wrong in my opinion to drive an automatic specialty muscle car. Gts are fine automatic. But when your looking at a beast of a car like the ls, cobra, and boss. I want the old school feel.

The LS isn't track only. It's difficult on the street. I rad an article that stated, it's not for those who drive over speed bumps in parking lots, It's to drive to the track, kick ***, and drive home. So yeah, def street legal. I hear there's a boss 302S that's track only.

Re: dads business neighbor owns a boss...

They look gaudy to me but I want one anyway. It is the car I desire the most to own at this point in time. I don't want my car loaded with tech stuff; after all, it's a Boss 302; this car is not about accessories, it's about performance...

Nice! I sat in my first new BOSS on Friday. I'll be posting pics soon.
Man, I love these cars. Feel bad for the ones waiting for the ones destroyed by the train derailment.

Re: dads business neighbor owns a boss...

beautiful LS! thx for sharing the pics!

and i agree with the above posts, this baby doesn't need all the modern technology, its bad *** as is. its a muscle car, not a luxury car. and i could NEVER imagine using a high end car such as the LS for DD. if i were to ever be lucky enough to own one, it would be sacred to me.
