Removing baffles from Boss 302 exhaust

I am in the process of potentially buying a 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca with just 25 miles on it but the exhaust seems very docile. I have read that removing the baffles from the side exhausts significantly enhances the sound of the exhaust system, Is this a true statement and, if so, how difficult is it to remove these baffles?

It only takes 15 - 20 minutes to raise the car and remove the baffles. The car will have a more aggressive exhaust note with the baffles removed......especially while using the track key. I love the way my car sounds with them removed. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face when you get up in the RPM's!

The baffles being discussed in this thread relate to the side exhausts found on the quad exhaust set-up on 2012/2013 Boss 302s. These are not present on other late model Mustangs.

Not exactly true considering many of us have the Boss 302 exhaust kit on our cars lol. In case anyone is interested, I'm going to remove and sell my Boss 302 H pipe in a couple weeks. Keeping the side pipes and cutouts for my Kooks long tubes though..

I did buy the Boss 302 Laguna Seca I mentioned at the beginning of this thread. It did indeed have only 25 miles on it. My understanding is that a collector bought it, picked it up at the dealer, drove it to a garage and stored it. That was it. I guarantee it will have quite a bit more miles on it this coming summer.
