a junk yard pull a part for sure, not sure new. Call tousleyfordparts.com they can look it up should be cheap

Knowing Ford, you probably can't just buy the snap. I went through fordparts.com and was not able to find anything remotely relating to the snap. The only thing I found was the entire panel.

yea if they are riveted on you can buy the entire rear panel at a junk yard cheap im sure, just get the right color match... they change regularly.

Moderately off topic. Sorry, quick question. Is a convertible more windy and a coupe with the windows down? I've never been in a ver stang before.

Very...unless you have a wind screen then it won't be any different. You get more of a wind from behind your head in a vert rather than from the side windows. However, it's not much noisier.

On a related note....you can wear a baseball hat in a vert with the top down up to 140 mph without it blowing off....in the front seat anyhow.

You can also carry on a conversation without yelling at 120. It's kinda nice.
