What about a block? Or do you already have the strong iron/aluminum block?

I'm goin to use my block and forged crank. I may get a steg port job on my heads but they want like 2k for stage 2 and almost 4k for stage 3

Re: post deployment build

Couple thoughts for ya:

subframe connectors

caging

...with 800+ rwhp you're gonna want to limit body twist so you can get all those ponies to the ground!! Sounds like a sick build man.

Re: post deployment build

800+ hp with irs?? I'd stick with the solid for sure, you'll get so much wheel hop you'll snap half shafts like tooth picks

Yeah I know but I love my ride quality tho. I don't have a prob with wheel hop on radials and spray out the gate I think a full irs upgrade axles and all I should be fine if I learn how to launch without wheel hopping

Very interesting build! Not many people have a 10 second stang that can also run smooth through twisties.

Thanks I'm just lookin to build the best all around street and strip car. I live in Colorado and I like takin it through the twisty back roads on a nice day and who doesn't. I will keep everyone updated and I hope this can turn into a build thread when I get home to help the newbies with questions and how things should be.
