Cluster

Can someone help me please? My cluster light won't turn on what does that mean?

That would affect everything. It doesn't really seem likely that all the lights burnt out but I've seen it before. Did they seem dim before?
Who said it was the alt?
I think its more likely that the dimmer switch quit. Try turning it several times.

When I got the car the cluster light was already out some guy from Kragen told me it was cuz he checked my battery n told me it was the alternator

On my 96 I know it kept blowing fuses. But it could also be the light knob. Could of stripped so it doesn't catch when you turn it. But I've only ever heard of that once. I doubt the alt would just effect the cluster though

Yeah sounds like the rheostat is stripped. If your cars other lights run fine its not an alternator. I think AM and LMR sell replacement rheostats for your car. Quick fix.

How much are those usually? But I think the alternator does need to be replaced cuz the battery light turns on and off and that's what they told me

I have the same problem... when i turn on my lights my clock goes out and the gauge wont come on or the climate control but my brights on light works and all those work...just not the gauges
