clutch. VS.

SPEC Stage 3 349.99 organic disc or Exedy Mach 500 stage 3. 364.99- semi-metallic carbon disc? Which one and why?

Oops they were backwards in price and material. Ended up going with the Mach 500. Should be in by Friday and killing gears in 2-3 weeks after install. Also adding cable quad and adjuster

Cancel your order. That is way to much clutch. You don't really even need a stage 2. The stage 3 clutches are brutal on the street. The skip point is so narrow. I wouldn't even think of a stage 3 before I was making 600rwhp....

What's the skip point? I got it cause my brother had told me might as well go big now than have to do it again here in the future. Luke he said better having a clutch that can handle the kills

Agree!!! I have Spec stage 2 on my 591whp Cobra! It hooks just fine. I might upgrade next time to stage 3 but im good for now.

The clutch grand all at once so it causes the car to lurch forward. starting from a stop normally is impossible. To launch without bogging your almost always going to need to break traction. Stage 3 clutches are really for track cars only imo. I'm making a little more power than you and the stage 1 is good for dd duty. Just return that one and get a high quality stage 1 or 2.
