Re: 96-98 cobra wheels

i started out with universal magnaflows with gutted cats the sound i loved alot but it wasnt loud enough but had a good nice growl. i would say magnaflows if thats wat you want not loud but not quite. flowmasters through stock pipes sound ok but are loud. my current setup in pacesetter longtubes w/3in collectors with a 3in o/r xpipe into flowmaster super 44s and 3in back to tips and it gives the car a whole new tone. it has that terminator sound with borlas but a tad bit louder and deeper. its all what tone you want try youtube sound clips

yeah I heard one that had LT headers, x-pipe, and either 40 or 44 series, it sounds good. ive got the BBK LT headers already along with the bbk x-pipe and there are flows on there right now but im not sure what kind cuz im not at home. Is there really a big difference in 44 and 50 series?

Re: 96-98 cobra wheels

i think so. the super44s are 2 chambered and the 50 series are for big block engines qnd are 3 chambered which will prolly sound funny cuz u dont flow enough to fill it properly
