i started out with universal magnaflows with gutted cats the sound i loved alot but it wasnt loud enough but had a good nice growl. i would say magnaflows if thats wat you want not loud but not quite. flowmasters through stock pipes sound ok but are loud. my current setup in pacesetter longtubes w/3in collectors with a 3in o/r xpipe into flowmaster super 44s and 3in back to tips and it gives the car a whole new tone. it has that terminator sound with borlas but a tad bit louder and deeper. its all what tone you want try youtube sound clips

Is there really a big difference in 44 and 50 series?

i think so. the super44s are 2 chambered and the 50 series are for big block engines qnd are 3 chambered which will prolly sound funny cuz u dont flow enough to fill it properly
