4r70w upgrade also NOS

That's right you heard me! This weekend the Cobra will have auto trans!!!
I went with the Terminator strip trans package from Lentech. Got custom Torque Converter from the guys over in Detroit. Went with manual Valve Body with 2600 stall. Set up is good for 800 crank HP!
I have also added a 75 shot of nitrous!
I think with some new ET streets my Cobra vert will be one bad *****!!! I hope to get out to track and run couple 1/8 to get launch down them hit 1/4 balls out and get booted for no cage

Will do! I got a sweet deal on a used one that he rebuilt. after I sell the T56 it will be a $900 upgrade.
I am excited to see how the drive-ability is. All i know from a dig i will be a beast! Probably will not be able to get a lane with anyone from a dig!

Just stick with the soft sidewalls and hang on for the ride.

I leave off the 2 step at 4200 and side step the clutch. One hell of a ride if it hooks right

Do you have cage?
Be careful on dr's. Claimed two halfshafts on my car.
And no cage here, local track doesn't seem to mind. Went through tech last time with the top down and was running 11's all night.
Plus to me it just isn't a street car anymore with a cage.

You should be knocking on 10's easily with your setup

re: 4r70w upgrade also NOS

Whats up, im wanting to swap my 3650 for a 4R70W, bad. how hard is the swap. And, with 4:10 gears what kinda revs would I be running on the interstate round 60/65mph? curious as to know if I'll see any change in highway rev at speed or not. if not or a little, this guys sold on the swap.

I had a lentech strip and I ended swaping it out for a th400 then I swaped the th4 for a glide 2 speeds of fast but turbos love load my best 60' came from the th4 with a 1.35 with a tbrake and 2step. I now buy ATF 4r70w a bit more expensive but worth every penny and hold 1200bhp and drive great. Good luck with your car man and hope you get those times you want.

Ok, so had some hiccups along the way but I have had the car on the road for a week and I absolutely love the Auto with manual Valve Body. Its fast as hell too! the drive-blity is like no other. I am finally getting used to electronic OD and when to turn the switch off (forgot a few times oops). All I need is some sweet Drag radials and I will be good to go!

Again the M.V.B. is the way to go. You still shift but just faster and w/o clutch pedal. Auto FTW
