Please ID this engine!

Guys, I really need to know if this engine will fit my fox. I think it's a fwd dohc 4.6, and if so, I'm going to be livid. Any info is appreciated.

It was going in my fox, but my mechanic didn't bother looking to see if it was a fwd or rwd engine.

It won't matter either way except for some of the front accessories, you might have to buy some of them

The only other thing I know is different is the motor mounts, but if your gonna put it in a fox you would have to do some modifications anyways so you could make it work with a little ingenuity
