03-04 cobra hood fitment

Quick question a guy is selling his already black 03-04 cobra hood but I could of sworn I read somewhere that I might have to tweak something? Is it true or can I just bolt it on and go?

From what I remember, the hood is slightly shorter than yours, but I think it should fit.

I always hear that the GT hood fits with the 03/04 cobra front bumper cover but it is a snug fit, so I doubt it would leave a huge gap.

Best extracting hood on the market.

My engine compartment use to heat up to 140 all the time, now my compartment is always at air temp within a few minutes on the road.

My temp sensor on my mirror tells me so, I relocated in my ec.

The edge of the hood from the hood latch hole is short by like a half inch. If you look at a 03/04 bumper where the push pins are by the headlights the piece of the bumper is grooved for the hood to sit close as possible to the bumper. Ill try to post a pick for you if you want. But being that the hood is shorter it shouldnt scrub if it does barely and you can raise your hood stops just a hair so it dont
