Your internals are good for 1000hp or 800 at ties. You will be fine with the 3.4, Just need bigger fuel pump or boost a pump, and injectors.

You stated in another thread you have a 2.8 kb lc mammoth. What fuel mods, maf, etc do you have with that and what are your goals with a 3.4?

Yes removing that thouhgh. I upgraded to 60lb fuel injectors and i asked if the kb boost a pump would work with the whipple because i already have one. My goal is to reach 750+ because im maxing out at around 702 with mammoth. Also i dont want to pass a psi level of 18...

I wouldn't push that much on a bap. Time for a new fuel system. Either division x or the fiore gt pump setup with new lines and rails.

Sounds like you need to spend some time with research before going any further. Are you still on the factory t56 and irs?

Btw, you are aware of the 3.4 clearance issues right?

The 3.4 does not fit under the factory hood without lowering the engine or buying an aftermarket hood.

I'm curious though, is it just bragging rights you are going for? With the right driver you have a 9 sec car now

Personally I would go with the 2.9. If you're not pushing 20# or more the 3.4 really isn't worth it. It's meant to be a high boost race gas blower.

Why not push your 2.8 a little more? The bigger blowers really come alive above 20#, just more efficient at 15# than an eaton.

Personally i'm a 2.3 fan. Useable power that would put my car well in the 10's without losing too much streetable fun. I don't see how you get any traction from a dig now. Get over the 700 mark and the car will be swapping lanes on the highway.

I have a friend who went hellion tt on his. Mid boost makes 832 and swaps lanes at 80 when you step on it. He just wanted numbers, didn't care about street friendly. I'll happily run him from a dig and leave him.

3.4 is over kill unless you plan to build the entire engine from the ground up!
You should look into the return style fuel system with bigger pumps for sure! You can get 750 from the Kenne Bell

OK, everyone is thinking it, I'm gonna say it. BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You said your current setup was "Borla ATAK Catback exhaust. BBK ceramic longtube headers. JLT Next generation CAI. and a few more small mods...."
How in the hell did you leave out a 2.8 Kenne Bell Mammoth and boost a pump, blah blah blah.

You have bolt ons...................... maybe 435whp~ Or maybe you dont own a Cobra
