Rebuilt 4V cobra question

After a rebuild does the engine need to get tuned? Also does anybody know if not having the car tuned right could make the tranny make the sound of a dynometer or slight grinding on low RPM's?
Thanks in advance

As long as you have the factory ecu then no tune required

You have your gears changed? When I bought my car it read me doing 65 in a 45 and I knew damn well I wasn't lol. Bought a tuner and that fixed it but if you just had engine rebuilt than idk what to tell ya.

I'd get that fixed because it runs miles up I think because it sees you doing 80 instead of what your going. I may be wrong but idk
