Throttle body

My 98 Cobra is in need of a Throttle body. BBK has a 65 and 62mm and wanted to know what would be the best mm to get?

Depend on what type of cai you are running. I'm running a jlt 127mm intake with a cobra jet throttle body. Remember which ever you choose in order to get the hp from it you must tune the car. If you don't have one go with a bama tuner from
That should help. I would call them. They are awesome and know anything and everything. Good luck.

If you're in an emission controlled state like California 62mm will let you pass smog check(visual part) and 65mm wont. BBK TB's are good I have one on my 97. BUT if you wanna get horsepower out of it you need to bore your intake manifold to match the new TB or else you really aren't doing anything. Using a cold air intake without matching the bore on your TB will often make you loose horsepower because of turbulence causing the air to warm up before it gets in your engine
