Just depends on how well it was taken care of. How many people owned it and beat on it. Me personally I don't buy gasoline powered cars/trucks over 100k. Diesel that's a different story. Now if the previous/current owner has went through and replaced all the bushings, seals (if needed), changed all filters, serviced it regularly. Then maybe. How much are they asking? I wouldn't pay over $8500 that's pushing it for that many miles. I paid $9000 for mine in 08 with 73,000 miles, one owner, immaculate condition and mine now has 110,000 when I pulled and rebuilt the motor and built a t56 for it.

I agred with Snake. When you're buying something with that many miles, you have to know the condition of the shocks, gas filller neck gasket, suspension bushings, trans service, rear axle, brake lines and especially the fuel pump and injectors.. Replacing all that will cost a lot in parts alone. If you're paying for labor for all that stuff, you can easily add another $3,000+ to the total costs...

That's not a bad price. As long as it's been taken care of.

Not at all, it's broken in now. Most important issue is maintenance. Full synthetics should go in immediately when tune up is done.
Amsoil differential fluid + FRPP friction modifier, Mobil1 ATF for T5 or T45 trans gear box, Mobil1 ATF in power steering, Motorcraft DOT3 brake fluid, your choice of synthetic oil- Mobil1 has gotten my '97 coupe up over 300k miles. I'm using Amsoil signature Series with Cobra, it seems to like it at high RPM's. Motorcraft oil filters, sometimes Mobil1 or K&N oil filters, but Motorcraft oil filters are exceptional.
-Just my 2cents. Hope you land it!
