Cobra owners opinions

I am in the market for buying a car and was wondering what you all as cobra owners like about your cars. I am a current owner of a 2012 v6 that's mostly just for weekend cruising and car meets. I had a few questions to ask. How has the reliability been? Any major mechanical issues. How many miles have you added one since the purchase? Any modifications?

Are you asking about Cobras in general or just Terminators?

Pick your poison.

I have full history for my 99 (non termi) cobra and it has never broke down at all in its 50k mile life. Some of the suspension is kinda clunky, but I think the termis got better suspension anyway.

A good termi with that kind of miles is going to cost you about as much as the '12 v6 cost brand new. My non-termi car was $11k with 45k miles on it. the reason I bought this instead of a termi is basically because money.

That supercharger does gnarly things to insurance and maintenance.

Even when im in my N/A Cobra, I know that I can hang with some decently fast cars. Its not a hard-core race car, but it is Fun to drive-- Hasn't broken down yet-- Looks striking-- Sounds pretty good

There is a 2003 with 54k asking 20k only thing that makes it question it is that it's had 4 owners and the last one didn't even have it for a month and put almost 4k miles on it. I absolutly love my sixxer and think it is a blast to drive but I've heard a lot about people like their termis

For that price you can buy a 11 coyote and have a lot better platform.
The Cobras were fun in 2010 and below. Now they need to be taken of the pedestal. They are way over priced for what they are

Now if your going by looks then they are a #1 but not by performance.

When **** breaks, the ol new edge cars are the easiest to fix.

Everything is very simple-
-Cable actuated clutch
-Cable actuated throttle
-No V tec **** to break
-Brakes are their own unit not connected to your damn clutch stuff
-Less overall idiocy in how the systems rely on eachother

Plus even a stock N/A cobra is going to be more powerful than a 3.7. Will hang with a Coyote without many mods.

Pulley-only termi is going to stomp 99.99% of what the people on here are driving.

03/04 Cobra engine can handle balls-shattering amounts of torque. Forged pistons, manley forged rods, T-56 6 speed transmission, and a blower that can easily up the power.

The next step up is a GT500, even though it is not as good looking.
