With that mileage yeah and it also depends on where you live. In Michigan a 2WD/RWD sports car is not going to be as desirable as it would be somewhere where it never snows. IIRC Slow4V got that white Mach he has for $10k.

First of all, sucks you having to sell her.
Looked up bluebook values to cover the basics of your sixxer, and 10 is a smidge north of their idea of excellent. Then add up all your mods and the repaint and some upgrades, all things considered 10/10.5 seems fair enough to me with the amount of work you've done. Seen some 06-09 GTs in my area with similar mileage going for 15k, 10 seems on par.
She looks nice, SS, why is she on the block?

Mods to a v6 won't add any value whatsoever. Take the KBB fair value and hope you get that for a V6 S197.

Not bad, the extras don't really carry any value but 10k for an 05 with 80k seems reasonable to me. It will be harder to sell it though due to having to did someone that likes the style, not everyone does.

TBH I'd rather get a 2V with 80k less miles for the same price. Seen a few around here for $8k with 40 something thousand miles on them.

Honestly Scotty, I would prefer lower miles too if given the choice. Was lucky when mine popped up with under 89k, all the rest were 130k+. I still hear my dad telling me "when you buy a used car, you're buying somebody else's problems". With 130k or more on the clock, sure as hell seems like a lot more 'problems' could have been present.

Anyways, I learned something new today

I can agree with this, but the new edges didn't have near as many technological advances as the 05+'s did. Pretty much u can have ABS, traction control, and power seats as extras lol. In the 05's u could get a little more like color changing gauges, etc.

Also factor in GT insurance (if that's what you was talking about) vs v6 insurance if you're young. Interior is hit or miss if you want a newer one or not. For me it's half the reason I want a newer car.. Love my edge but man it's interior is boring.

I love our interior..I like it stupid simple. I don't care how many mpgs I get I don't care how many miles to the tank I have..and I could give a siht less what my 0-60 time is. And I don't need the stupid sync **** or whatever it is...I'm only 20 so don't say cuz I'm old. and the less technology the better it is.

Again - it comes down to the person and their opinion on it.
