Window cleaners

What do you all recommend for cleaning the inside and out of my windows. Everything I use seems to end up streaking. Any ideas?????

I use windex for auto. To avoid streaks it really matters what cloth you use. Pick up some micro cloth rags at orielies. They are streak free for me.

Re: Window cleaners

get one of this little window cleaning things that you can reach in there good. The streaks is from not buffing it good after the application... if its to hot and out in the sun you need to pull in the shade or garage.

Well I was using winded and a good microfiber cloth and it still seemed streaky. I even tried newspaper. I might try that stuff

Re: Window cleaners

Windex and a lint free microfiber cloth for me. Takes some buffing especially if you can not work in the shade.

Ok well I wasn't in the shade but from now on will be thanks everyone! FYI don't use rainX window cleaner and repellent. Very streaky.

The only thing that sucks about ordering ur product is the shipping cost as much as some of your products. Wow! Might offer free shipping sometime. That would be a good incentive! Where are we supposed to post the review at? On this thread or a new one?! And how do u get the info of the person who made the review?

Post the review somewhere here on the forum, this thread or a new one, doesn't matter... once I see it the person who did it first gets the $25.

I use Sprayway glass cleaner ammonia free of course. I buy it in bulk at Sams. I follow up with zanio bros glass polish.

Spray way, invisible glass are both great cleaners. I bought a gallon of meguiars glass cleaner and can dilute it i think it's either 8:1 or 10:1 which makes a freaking Ton! I've had my gallon for over a 8 months now using it when i detail customers cars, my own vehicles and many other friends windows I've randomly cleaned and still have yet to put a dent in my gallon

Invisible glass definitely was the best I have tried and I've used dozens of different glass cleaners

The white foaming cleaner in an aerosol can and newspaper is the best method I forgot the name of it.

Sprayway? Little old maid on the front. Ive had great results with the foam stuff. I find sometimes a news paper leaves ink. I use a glass towel. I do use it on occasion though.
