Need help how do u take off side scoops

I have an 02 and the plastic trim inside the side scoop has faded to like a grey really want to take it off to paint, so it wont be so dual, but nice glossy black again

The plastic inserts just pop in and out just take a flat head screwdriver and wedge it out from the bottom

the best to remove stuff with two sided tape is with fishing line and work your way across the item... Never scratch or pull off your paint !!!
