When aimed properly, their not so bad. I put some HID's on my F150 and people were always flashing me. They'd get a surprise when I'd flash them back, seeing what my high beams were really like. But after awhile I decided to point them down a little bit, so to stop people from flashing me. It seems like now, with them pointing down I've got more light/coverage on the roadway and I haven't been flashed once.

I live in Maryland, Been pulled over 5+ times for random offenses with 15% tints and blacked out headlights and taillights and never once was anything said about them. However I went to VA to visit a friend at college and within 15 minutes of getting into VA a cop pulled me over for all my tints. Now I refuse to go to VA in my car lol.

I have had my tails tinted for a while now and have even had police behind me for miles and haven't been pulled. (knock on wood) But thy might also be because I had a painter spray the OEMs with a tinted clear (did an amazing job btw), so they don't look out of place until I turn my lights off and they turn black. I also have my windows dark too, maybe I'm just lucky.
