I'm thinking of doing black racing stripes on my car. Any one know of a gwood brand or going with a single or double stripe

American muscle and stickercity has stripes. They have some that are made for your model. I am going to order some myself next paycheck. Gonna get matte black on a black car

I did plasti dip too but it took me about 5 cans to get it all done and the finish how I wanted it. I've had people ask where I got it done cause they think it's professional. And it's only 5 bucks a can.

That looks good. Vinyl stripes will cost about 200 not including installation unless you do it yourself. However, there are a dozen of vinyl colors to pick from.

Thanks! It took about 2 or 3 hours to measure it all off and tape but only like 30 mins to paint the whole car. It was definitely worth it.

Or you could get a friend with a crappy civic to practice on. I taped this off and had it sprayed and done in less than 30 mins. One can of plasti-dip. Last pic was us with everything prepped and in the middle of spraying. Haha. A good use of old Christmas paper!

Plasti-dip is easy to use. Just remember the first coat is light, next coats are heavy or as many coats as you need. You don't need to wait for coats to dry before applying the next one. And try to pull the tape off as quickly as possible but make sure the plasti-dip isn't coming off as well as it tends to stick to tape. It's easy, cheap, fun, and produces fantastic results.
