Getting windows retinted monday

Getting my windows tinted 5% all around next Monday. I have a blackedout car so it's getting the tinted windows it deserves. I'll just roll my windows down during the day. I cant wait. So I posted this thread to see any other 5% tints out there?

All the newer pony cars, the people that get them limo the whole car. So I thought why can't I.

I just got 20% on my rear 3. Its illegal to tint sides here but lots of people who do it. I've been pulled over six times for suspicious driving since october and it just isn't worth it... Anyone tinted their side mirrors tho??

I'm a 5% tint guy, until I had to get my inspection sticker for the car, I bought the gila peel and stick window tint for 11.99 and just take them off before inspection...

Re: Getting windows retinted monday

i don't get the point of making them so dark you need to roll the windows down (I have seen that comment a lot on these forums), isn't the point of tinted windows to show off/look good?
just make them the max the law allows and then concentrate on something else.
of course, i don't even drive my car on days it needs windows, so maybe my opinion doesn't count, lol...

Well when you live in my sate (California) you can only have 70% tint so it sucks a$$ and the only way to make the tint dark enough to look good is to do it illegally.
