I just saw a 2004 black gt with lime green. And I thought it looked pretty cool. Sounds like weird choice but actually looked great!

I just bought red and am actually waiting for the first coat to dry. The guy who showed me where the caliper paint was kept trying to talk me into doing lime green, I don't think it would look good on a red car but it might set your paint off

I vote for green, it'll give a nice contrast.

I have a white GT Convertible with Red stripes, doing a matching red caliper paint tomorrow. I bought the G2 kit, ( G2 Brake Caliper Paint Systems) no idea if its any good or not, but read a bunch about it, and THEY claim some amazing info.
Photos and new thread tomorrow!

G2USA.com all done, went well, seemed to bond nicely, PLENTY of paint, don't bother with a larger kit, I will post a new thread when its all dry!
