Vinyl bumper inserts

Anyone have any experience with these? Just ordered some from AM. Any tips or tricks i sould know before i try installing them? Thanks.

They will definitely look good, if you take your time. Just make sure you clean the spot really well to begin. And then take your time to get them in the correct spot then just use your finger to press it down and get the bubbles out

i think you are supposed to use some soap and water in spray bottle and lightly spray area so you can make fine adjustments as you install, it will dry out and stay stuck.

if they are not installed (area prepped good) right then they can peal soon. Take your time, do it right and you should be fine.

Thanks guys. I just had the car painted, will that matter? Should i hold off for a while till the paint fully heals or what not?... I was told not to wax it at least 4-6 weeks. I'm assuming that goes for washing it too.

I bought the metal bumper inserts, they were a little pricier but they had a nice gloss finish. They come with 3M tape on the back and they stay on.

When I got my stang, that was the first thing I did to it. It improves the look 110% in my opinion

I went with the 13 dollar gloss black. Easy to install. Might go over it with Plasti dip and glossifier. I did the bottom of the bumper yesterday and I think it makes it look even better.
