Chipped paint?

I took the front end of my 2005 v6 apart tonight to install new headlamps (Raxiom smoked halos) and threw in a black billet grill. When I started looking at the underside and all those hidden spots I found some areas where the paint was flaking away. A couple of them the size of a quarter. All in hidden spots like the wheel well cavity, or where the frame is lifted by my jack.

Should I be concerned? when I see this should I be sanding it down and doing touch-ups with a can of paint?

I'm also one of the lucky 2005 owners who found out too late there was bubbling of the paint on my hood (underside)... it's a known problem with '05s.

Should I be be breaking those bubbles and painting these as well? Can of paint? Or pen?

Love my car. Just want to take good care of my baby.
