I like the whole streamline look. I don't like the side skirts that are stock on the sn95's.

I like the body kits. It kinda makes your car your own. Makes it stand out from other cars. As long as its put together right and the lines are all smooth I'd say go for it

I agree. Mine already stands out around here. But I just want the aggressive look and more smooth lines cause the stock side skirts look like crap on the sn95's IMO

Cobra r bumpers are sick looking kit! But honestly it's only good for shows and running with factory springs, i used to own that bumper before but when i lowered my car feels like everyday was a nightmare. Lol. You'll end up like this:

But if you really want it you just really need to be carefull.

It may look better on your car and in person but from looking at those pics I'm just not a fan. But it's your car man do what you like not what I like

Think the hood would be a bit much but the bumper and side skirts would look good. I'm already the only sn95 around here with smoked tails and halos but I want to stay the stand out. The cobra r bumper will also hide and funnel the air better into my turbo intercooler after I get it and turbo the car.

Gotta save up for it. The kit I was looking at was the cobra r front side skirts with a colt 2 rear. I don't like the colt rear. It looks more ricer to me.

I laugh everytime I see a v-6 trying to look like its big brother

---------- Post added at 02:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:45 PM ----------

And every car guy I know will turn to see that Cobra R lookin 'stang and then get a great laugh when they hear the v-6 whine instead of the V-8 rumble

And I'm not 'perpetrating' just speaking the truth

Honestly I don't care. Really if I felt ambitious I could drop a 429 bb in it and spank a real cobra. This isn't about what's real or not. I like the lines from the cobra r (minus the wing). They can laugh all they want. And a "real car guy" as you put it will not laugh but compliment the craftsmanship not what it is.

---------- Post added at 09:11 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:08 AM ----------

Oh and just so you know I got a cobra killer GT and the actual cobra is waaay overrated imo

LMAO!!! Craftsmanship, how is it craftsmanship when your just putting pre-fabbed parts that anybody can buy? Oh and I love Cobra eaters cause prolly like your '86 my Cobra isn't stock. We have a couple of them around here too and after awhile they quit wanting to play.

It's whatever. You do you I'll do me. Your opinion is noted. And pre fabbed parts don't always fit. Craftsmanship is in the eye of the beholder and when it's done it will look good and these guys who will laugh won't even know how much work is in it. I don't see them pulling up in their cobras but I'll bet they are driving hondas toyotas and the like.

---------- Post added at 10:42 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:40 AM ----------

Gotta love how people wanna fight with a car just cause it has cobra badges. But it's all good. Like I said let them laugh

LMAO!!! Gotta turn to name calling and cussing to defend yourself. And sorry but drilling a couple of holes into a pre-fabbed part isn't craftsmanship, making something yourself that is different from what someone else has, that's craftsmanship.

---------- Post added at 05:00 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:55 PM ----------

And if you have a body shop than you would think you would use a little imagination and create something different instead of just painting and drilling an OEM or aftermarket part that someone else has already had the idea for and you just wanna copy. And your right this is the v-6 table, I'll head on over to the big boys table and read what adults are talking about

Ok you just said it right there
" making something yourself that no one else has"

Building a car that no one else has...

The term yes I know .. Also who said anything about my car things you don't know it may be formed or molded off something else that don't mean it fits like OEM craftsmanship is making it fit perfect such as I cut my rear bumper cover it five pieces to mold it better when I got done you'd never know it been in five pieces to make it fit perfect.. It's the quality of the job I make plenty my own ..and no I ain't got to say nothing offensive to defend me.. I think your in our section cause the " adult table" got tired of your assumption as we are
