Yup it did I have no wax on the car right now so the shine is all from today. I been thinking about trying it for a while now it turned out pretty good.
I need some tire shine but besides that looks good.

Can't imagine glass cleaner is all that great for your paint. I don't know much about paint though, just can't seein an alcohol based cleaner being good

I'm sure it's not great for the paint but I have waxed it do many times I wanted to get the wax off and restart. I ran out of time today I'm going to wax and buff tomorrow. It came out great I only used 1/2 a cup so it's not like it's a huge amount just something to get the tuff stains off and get the old wax off. I think it came out really good.

Lol, thanks man.
I been using windex on my rims for years I can't find anything that compares to it shine wise. So thought I should try a little on the whole car. I wouldn't recommend doing it every time but every month or so I'm going to do it, just for water spots and road tar and other tuff things from the road.

I would of clay bared instead...heck i still would because youre gonna have swirl mark city if you do a wax now. You need to get all the small particulars out of your paint. Do that and when you wax it youll have a much better end result.

There are paint safe products that will work like clay. But 409 isn't one of them.

I think 409 is a major degreaser I wouldn't do that. I only use half a cup of glass cleaner I found it works very well.
