Re: Gunna plasti dip!!

Plasti-dip for me is more of a test tool. If I like what I see, I'm gonna use paint or let a pro do it. I can also understand if someone wants to use PD because they want to be able to go back at some point.

Re: Gunna plasti dip!!

^Plasti-dip? You should be able to find it at Lowe's, Home Depot, Menard's, etc.

Agreed. For me, the wheels are ok blacked out. But for the rear, black wing + decklid + low valence + taillights are way too overkill.

A good balance between the body color and black is key to a sexy rear.

Good combos are:
-Tail and decklid
-wing and decklid
-decklid and low valence
-license plate area + low valence

^just some of the more common ones that I've seen so far that I think looks good. Of course we can't tell you what and what not to do. It's your car. Just a suggestion.

I thought too much black at first but with the wing being gloss black and the deck and valance being flat black (plasti dip) the wing makes the deck and valance stand out more and the d + v makes my blue paint stand out more. I have gotten nothing but compliments on it since I did it

---------- Post added at 08:32 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:30 AM ----------

And my taillights are smoked but try are old and beginning to fade
