Had mine since early 2004 (originally in Dodge Ram, 8k) works perfect in Mustang. Had no problems at all, changed bulbs for 1st time earlier this year only 1 bulb had shot. Yes, be sure to point headlights down. Much brighter than stock headlamps.

I know people say these are illegal but Auto Zone sells them and my Dad has been a cop for 28 years and said he has never cited anyone for bright headlights. He told me if I go around giving tickets for bright headlights I would never stop handing out tickets, there are bigger problems I have to handle. He does get people for too dark tented windows but just warnings. Just aim them down and all is well. I've been yelled at more for my exhaust than anything on my car and that I know for sure is illegal to have on my car. But o well I like my Mods, make those awful "fart cans" on Hondas illegal! LOL
