I have that grill and install is very easy. It is wide open, unlike the stock grill which is pretty blocked off surprisingly. The car runs cooler, including the trans temp I've noticed. No problems with it at all. Now just waiting for the lower grill that CDC says is coming

I really like that hood, and the lower grill is a nice touch as well. What lower grill is that, and is that hood available yet?

Hood will be available a bit after new year in Carbon and fiberglass and you can get carbon vents for the hood as well.

For the lower grill, call Ashton at

I saw your car at SEMA this year. Hood was open and it was hard to picture what it would look like closed. Sweet.

My last car had a Trufiber hood on it though and I loved the look but the fitment and overall finish out of the box needed a ton of work. I have seen hoods that fit great right out of the box and other ones that are horrendous. It seems like QC is all over the place.

From a design aspect I love the products, maybe the CF hoods have higher standards.

i love this grill!

I plan to get it for my mustang after christmas, but I kinda want to wait till theres a lower grill to match with it, and i think you have to cut the fog harness on a GT which scares the crap outta me haha.

For the 2013 there really isn't a difference between the front fascia for V6 or V8. When mine was swapped CDC just taped off the bumper to avoid scratches, and pulled it straight out. Just like the video with the V8.
