Removing buffs and scraps

How could i get rid of some buffs and scraps on my bumper and hood?

Moved to Appearance & Detail...

Do you have any pics of the area needing a touch up?
Their are several types of scratch/scrap removal compounds but maybe this is something that can just be buffed out?
