We had that on our old minivan (ford minivan) that came stock. We could use it to unlock the driver door and then from there we press the first 2 at the same time to unlock all doors, press the last 2 to lock all doors. I think we could do the hatch, but never did.

Is it visible when you're sitting in the car? If so, I'd probably get distracted by it while driving haha.

Read the instructions... After you put the code I believe you press another button Nd it will open up all doors

I think it's a great idea for a backup to get in. I've locked myself out of my old mustang I had so many times. I go to get something out of the trunk and set my keys down and close the trunk.....damn! I'm going to get one and put it in the same place. I don't think it would look good at all by the door handle though.
