Window Tinting scratching?

I just bought a used 2006 Mustang GT, less than 24 hours ago and it has 28,000 Miles. Almost perfect condition besides this one problem I now have. The windows roll up and down fine but, recently (like an hour ago), I rolled them up and the window tinting got like streak scratches on each window... Should I take the car back and ask to fix it? Or am I probably SOL, also what could be the problem. They both go up and down, so the seem on track...

they won't do anything about that, you will have to get the glass re-tinted if you want that fixed and 9 times out of 10 it will do it again unless you can re-adjust the window so it doesn't ride so tight against the belt moldings.

Used cars are generally sold as is, was yours? If you, you are out of luck as regards scratching of the tint. You might look at the top towards the doors to see if there is something there causing scratches.
