Cobra tail lights - Mustang Evolution

Cobra tail lights

Got a question about cobra tail lights. Would I be able to disconnect my gt tail light harnesses and plug the cobra harnesses straight in to my connectors?

03 04 cobra tails yes

99 01 cobra tails I believe they have a diff connector as well as obviously diff harness bcause of the extra light bulb

Go for it man those lights go for 300-350 on eBay i paid 350 for mine and then check online there's a write up somewhere on how to re wired them or just sell then and make some cash out of them lol

Yes I did luckily mine came with the correct connector to connect it to my GT previous owner had them in a GT as well

How did you end up getting to that wire under the dash. It looks impossible to get to

I kindad did the same thing as the OP did

I went under my dash I saw a bunch of wires and I picked one and luckily that was the one lol

I used the one that comes on the 01 02 ford windstar is blue in color, the one our mustangs have is yellow they sell it in any o'raillys autoparts for like $25
Ill try to get the ford part# for you
