03-04 TMI Upholstery Install 90% done

Hey guys just wanted to share my experience that I had with my 03/04 cobra front bucket seat foam and cover upholstery. I own a 2002 Convertible and origianally it was a V6. I got a 2000 GT drivetrain last year and have mainly been posting in the 96-04 GT forum, but figured this was an apperance mod so posted it here. The front stock leather V6 premium seats I had were thrashed (mainly the drivers side). I think I've only had 30 times were ppl have sat in the back so the bac seats are in perfect shape, thus no need to upgrade them. The install was pretty easy, however I copped out on the upper portion and sent them back to TMI to have them put the covers on for me. I ordered the black Vinyl/ parchment Unisuade inserts seats & of course the seat foam. Here is the results. The bottom was easy to put on (well not that easy) as it took some persuasion, however the Top/backs was a nightmare since the foam is so firm being new I was left with about 5-6 inches where I couldn't pull the covers over. Anyway it was either send them back with the metal frames (shipping cost $60) or pay an upohstery shop $75 an hour (which would of been $300) for the backs to be finished. All that I need now are 2004 headrests, but no-one seems to make them. TMI sent new black vinyl covers for the 04 headrests, but for anyone with the 99-03 headrests (non-mach 1/cobra) you have the std headrests (more rectangular). Anyway here is the final result minus the headrests (which I'm getting ready to acquire).
