Best way to darken lights?

What is the best way to smoke your head and taillights. I was going to do the covers from American muscle but I heard that they fall off a lot and you can see the Velcro when the lights are on. Is it just better to buy already darkened headlights from American muscle. I just need some help. Lol. I want the dark mean look but I don't know how to. Is VHT nightshade a good idea? Thanks

I checked and luckily they do have a kit for me. $115 for everything. What type of tint do you have on your headlights. Looks really nice.

I'm assuming its legal then. Right? Haha. I'm thinking of getting charcoal in the rear and smoke in the front. I just don't wanna do it if it's going to get my tickets everyday.

I love the blacked out scheme you're going for, I can't wait to see the finished project! There's obviously a ton of different approach's you can with here. Night shade or Film for the taillight's is definitely the most common because it's very affordable and looks great! However, when it comes to headlights I would recommend getting a new already smoked light. Mainly because your car's already coming up on 10+ years old, so replacing your headlights may be the best option!

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance! Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266. I can also have one of them call you directly.

I used vht on my tails looks great! If you plan on using vht on the headlights though make sure you do a light coat or buy brighter lights or itll be hard to see so id recomend to buy smoked headlights.

Just I personally don't like spray . If you get stopped your sol at least with tint you have a chance if he lets you peel it off. I let people peel it off I have no problem with it spray on other hand here's your ticket lol o and I don't stop people for tint but if I get you for something else I'm required to go into that as well jus FYI lol
