Day 14 of the 03 convertible make over.

Well today was the day for the paint to go on. It went on really nice. Here a few pics. Just remember this is being done by a registered nurse my brother and a electrical salesman me, not professional painters. This has been done in the back yard and a garage. It has not been cut and buffed out yet, so it will shine a lot better once that has been done.

Looks great man. I've been creeping on your threads watching progress. The paint looks really nice. I wish i could put that kind of work in my car. Cannot wait to see the finished product.

Awesome! Did you go with an enamel or a base coat clear coat system? If you don't mind, what brand is it? It looks amazing so far brother.

Thanks man. It has been hard but it is worth it.

I went with base coat clear coat. It is diamont paint, and lc4100k clear. It is stock color for the car. It is sonic blue pearl.

Ohhhhh gotta love the pearl! Did you find it hard to cover? Keep the gun swirling or anything? It turned out awesome!!
