Fender badge removal - Mustang Evolution

Fender badge removal

On my 98 gt I wanna take the side gt emblems off so I can paint them. Anyone have any advice on how to get them off easily?

i used a fishing line to remove the badges on my 02

no they came off real easy no problems at all. the only part was real time consuming was removing all that sticky stuff that the badges left behind on the fender.

Did you use 3m tape to put the new ones on?
