Hey Allan how hard would it be for me to paint just my bumper? Would it be worth just paying someone to do it for me? If so how much do you think they will charge?

If it were me I would remove it. Then sand and prime and paint. It is much easier than taping everything else up. Are you good at doing that type of work? If not I would still remove it and take it to someone that is good at painting. Those bumpers are ABS so if you sand Down to it make sure you use the product made for plastic prep before you prime it.

Sounds like a lot of work but it seems possible. I have done any painting before so I might get a fender or bumper from a junkyard to practice on.

No the bumper is easy to get off just for bolts and a bunch of push pins. It is just the cover
