Map Compartment

I can't for the life of me get it off! I've seen videos and forums where people just pull it down, but no matter how hard I pull it down it won't come off.

Mines a convertible so I'm thinking its at least a little different? I was able to see some clips on the sides, but can't push 'em in with a flathead.

Opinions?

Thanks!

The only thing i can think of is to check and make sure you got all the screws again. I've never really tried to pull it off so i'm not much more help than that. There may be a little catch in the back side of the compartment that you are missing.

What year? If I remember correct on my 06, on either side there are pins that slide in a track that you have to rotate 90* for it to flop down all the way. There also might be a stop at the top that you have to push up for it to come down. I may be wrong, hopefully someone can comfirm this..

There are rubber stops on either side. Just pull each side inward, but not too hard and it will drop.
